Haley Holik

Senior Fellow

Economic liberty is fundamental to the American Dream—people cannot prosper when government is in the way. FGA is dedicated to helping people through reforms that restore the path to self-sufficiency and free individuals from government dependency.

About Haley

Haley Holik is a senior fellow at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where she focuses on workforce policy that increases opportunities for people to train for and find work.

Prior to FGA, she was senior policy analyst at Right on Crime and the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Moody Bible Institute and her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.

Haley first experienced the value of work chopping cotton on her family’s farm. She views work as a means to serve others, challenge yourself, and innovate—this is why work is fulfilling. Work is a means to support yourself thereby allowing you the opportunity to create and pursue freely. Haley has shared her expertise by testifying more than 50 times before state legislative committees.

Even though she doesn’t play an instrument, Haley is a big fan of musician biographies, as well as documentaries and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Haley lives in Austin, Texas.
